Search) Robert has spent three decades helping organizations to find their voice, build and manage their teams, create effective strategies and grow their influence through internal and external communications, administration, agile project management, storytelling and videography.

Patrick Farrell is an award-winning writer and director, whose work has been showcased at prestigious festivals across the U.S and abroad. Combining his academic background in philosophy with his adoration for the arts, Patrick creates stories that are consistently filled with vivid allegory and bold themes. His visual language immerses the audience in images that range from intimate revelation to cavernous solitude, further reinforced by his adept use of music and sound design.
Commercially, Patrick's cinematography and editing skills range from private gatherings and weddings to corporate promotions and music videos. Armed with a strong understanding of the power of digital media and a gift for storytelling, Patrick offers a unique product within the growing digital world. He is currently Creative Director at Hoverfly Technologies, the world’s leading tethered-drone company located in Orlando, FL.

Nancy “Dede” Caruso
A lifelong Elvis fan and animal lover, Dede has helped clients with hundreds of design projects, ranging from brochures and books to logos and brand assets. An accomplished illustrator, she has designed children’s curriculum that has been used by churches around the world. She hails from New York and still has the big-city accent.

Buddy Andrescik
Our DEO (Dog Executive Officer), Buddy, is an American Cocker Spaniel who has a talent for “pillow plowing” after his humans make the bed. They don't love it when he parks himself under the kitchen table at mealtime, but he just can't help himself. It's a great spot for getting his paws on some leftovers. It’s also the perfect place to hide from thunderstorms and fireworks. But don't worry, he’s not a scaredy-cat. In fact, he once tried to pick a fight with two Dobermans who were minding their own business. In actuality, he’s a very sweet and loyal dog who loves to cuddle with his humans and anyone else willing to share the couch.
