Help with the story, the delivery and the tools behind it
A good idea still needs someone to ask the right questions, make the content and get the details working. Media Blanket brings those pieces together, with Rob leading the work and specialist support matched to your project.

Video & Storytelling
Put real people at the center of your story
Your best material may be in a conversation with a team member, a project leader or someone whose life connects with your mission. We help draw that story out and shape it into a video your audience can understand and use.
That starts before the camera is on. We talk through the purpose, learn the context and prepare questions that leave room for a real conversation. During the interview, we listen for the detail that makes the story personal and specific.
What we can help you make
Organizational and mission stories
Interview-led campaign and fundraising videos
Audio and video podcast production
Construction project stories and milestone coverage
Employee, leadership and team profiles
Event and program highlights
Shorter edits for websites, email and social media
From the first conversation to the final edit
We plan the story and production needs, coordinate filming, then edit the material around the message and audience. Your scope sets out the filming visits, finished videos, formats, review rounds and delivery needs.
A main film and a set of shorter edits can be planned together. That gives the footage a clear purpose across the places you intend to use it.
A podcast format your team can sustain
We can help plan and produce an audio or video podcast, from the interview approach to recording and editing. We agree on the format, recording setup, crew, episode deliverables and review process before production begins. Publishing responsibilities and any shorter promotional clips are defined in the scope.
Construction experience that shows in the questions
A construction story involves the people, decisions and coordination behind the finished building. We work with your project contacts to understand the milestones, plan interviews and coordinate filming around site access, schedules and safety requirements.
For T&T’s Project Channel, Media Blanket handled pre-interviews, on-site interviews and filming, drone footage, editing and an animated introduction.

A single production or a continuing story
Commission a defined video project, or plan a series around your people, programs or construction milestones. Each engagement has an agreed production and editing scope.
Our published shoot rates cover filming. Planning, editing, additional versions and other production needs are addressed in the project scope and quote.

Communications & Campaigns
Give your audience a clear reason to stay connected
A campaign has a launch date. A relationship needs attention after that. We help you decide what to say, who needs to hear it and how to keep communicating at a pace your team can sustain.
This work can support a nonprofit’s donor relationships, a foundation’s initiative, a growing organization’s visibility or a construction company’s employee communications.
What we can help you plan and produce
Core messages, story ideas and content plans
Email newsletters and audience updates
Donor, member and employee communications
Campaign copy for websites, email, social and print
Press releases, story pitches and media outreach
Interview-led articles and leadership content
Coordinated video, design and photography for a campaign
A workable plan and help carrying it out
We begin with the audience, the purpose and the channels you already use. Then we agree on what to produce, who will provide input, how approvals will work and when content needs to go out.
Your website and email list give people a place to find you and a way to hear from you again. We help connect those channels with your other communications so each piece has a clear role.
One initiative, several ways to reach people
For the Central Florida Pledge, Media Blanket’s work for the Ginsburg Family Foundation included interviews and video, a website, brand assets, email, social media, advertising and print materials.

For T&T, we collaborated with the marketing team on an employee email series and a recognition feature highlighting the people behind the work.

Campaign help or ongoing communications
Bring us a defined launch, event or campaign, or bring us in for a continuing stream of newsletters, stories and updates. We agree on priorities, deliverables and review responsibilities before the work starts.

Websites & Connected Systems
Make your website useful. Make the next step easier.
Your website needs to help people understand your organization and know what to do next. Behind the scenes, your team needs a practical way to handle the inquiries, contacts and tasks that follow.
We help you improve both sides: a website that is straightforward to use and maintain, and supporting tools that fit the way your team works.
Websites your team can keep current
Website planning, page structure and content organization
Squarespace website design and implementation
Clear paths to contact, give, subscribe or register
Forms and connections to relevant tools
Content updates and agreed improvements to an existing site
Training and documentation for everyday changes
We plan the handoff with the build. You should know how to update the site, where the key settings live and what to do when you need more help.
Practical setup behind the scenes
We can help scope and set up the tools for team email and files, contact management, email communications and fundraising. Projects may involve platforms such as Google Workspace and Givebutter, along with the systems your organization already uses.
The starting point is a real task: following up on an inquiry, keeping contact information organized, sending the right update or giving staff a clear place to find shared work.
We review what is already in place before recommending another tool. Any integration, migration or automation is scoped around the systems, permissions and information involved.
Practical AI, one useful task at a time
If you have a repetitive task that might benefit from AI, we can scope a small pilot. That could mean preparing a draft summary from approved material or helping organize information for a person to review.
We agree on the task, the information it can use, who checks the output and how to judge whether it helps. We’ll also look at whether a simpler workflow can do the job. Broader rollout is a separate decision after the pilot has been reviewed.
Build, test and hand over
We agree on the required pages or workflow, configure the tools, test the agreed user journeys and prepare the handoff. Training and documentation are part of the planned scope, with optional support for the work your team wants us to continue handling.
Support is defined around named websites, tools and tasks. Any needs for broader IT administration, security or compliance services should be identified separately during scoping. Platform subscriptions and other third-party costs are identified in the proposal.
Built for the team that will use it
For Phoenix Generation, Media Blanket organized the website’s content, built the site in Squarespace and provided training and documentation so the team could manage its own updates.

Supporting creative services
The other pieces your project may need
Design, photography and print can help carry the same story across a campaign. We can include brand assets, portraits, brochures, reports, book design and other publishing support in the scope, bringing in the right specialist when needed.
These services are also available for a defined, standalone project. Tell us what you need to make.
